Description
This vintage AXO Sport brand windbreaker jacket dates to the late 1980s or early 1990s. The garment features a high-contrast color-blocked design in neon pink and electric blue. It is constructed from a synthetic fabric with a prominent diagonal ribbed dobby texture and a satin-like luster. The jacket has a boxy, oversized silhouette with dropped shoulders and a stand-up collar featuring a snap-tab closure. The front closure includes a black zipper protected by a full-length storm flap with five metal snap fasteners. The sleeves are finished with dark blue ribbed knit cuffs. A single pocket with a snap closure is situated at the lower front waist. Brand markings include an embroidered AXO Sport patch on the left chest in blue and gray, and a large white appliqué AXO logo on the back. The interior collar retains a woven brand label displaying the AXO Sport logo in stylized blue and black text. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The item is in used, vintage condition. There is noticeable soiling along the inner neckline consistent with previous wear. The interior lining displays several small, dark brown stains. The exterior fabric and hardware show age-appropriate wear but remain functional with no visible tears, holes, or mechanical failures to the zipper or snaps.
