Description

This lot features a White’s Electronics Prizm IV metal detector, model number 800-0311. The instrument is constructed with a black metal shaft featuring an adjustable two-piece rod, a plastic control housing, a foam grip, and a padded armrest. The unit is equipped with an 8-inch waterproof search coil, labeled as an 8 inch loop. The control interface includes a digital LCD screen and push-button controls for power, discrimination (DISC), sensitivity (SENS), Smart Notch, Tone ID, and a P/P Pinpoint function. The display features a target ID scale with icons for common finds such as nails, foil, 5 cent pieces, pull tabs, 1 cent pieces, 25 cent pieces, and 50 cent/dollar pieces. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:

The metal detector appears to be in good used condition with minor surface dust and wear consistent with light outdoor use. The unit was observed to power on and display information on the LCD screen during cataloging; however, full functional field testing has not been performed. The original cardboard retail box is in poor, distressed condition with significant tears, crushing, and tape repairs throughout.
