Description
Oscar Schmidt Model OS-120CN 21-chord autoharp. The instrument features a natural-finish wooden soundboard with multi-ply black and cream binding. It is equipped with a 21-button chord bar mechanism housed in a black plastic casing, featuring cream-colored buttons for major, minor, and seventh chords. The back of the instrument displays a decorative birds-eye maple pattern with a dark sunburst perimeter finish and includes three black rubber feet. A circular yellow and black label visible through the soundhole identifies the maker as Oscar Schmidt and provides the model OS-120CN and serial number 910019. The label also includes the dates 1879 and 1979, indicating the 100th anniversary of the brand. The soundboard is stamped with the logo Autoharp by Oscar Schmidt.

Condition report:
Very good overall condition. All strings and chord buttons are present. There is minor surface dust and light wear consistent with age and normal use. The mechanical action of the chord bars and the tuning of the strings have not been professionally tested.
