Description
This collection comprises eight promotional posters for various theatrical and home video releases dating from 1988 to 2003. Identified titles include a video release poster for Meatballs 4 (1992) starring Corey Feldman; a theatrical poster for The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003); a theatrical poster for The Legend of Bagger Vance (2000) starring Will Smith, Matt Damon, and Charlize Theron; a theatrical poster for Undercover Brother (2002) featuring Eddie Griffin; a videocassette promotional poster for the sci-fi horror film Pulse (1988); a home video promotional poster for the comedy Remote (1993); and a theatrical poster for Life or Something Like It (2002) starring Angelina Jolie and Edward Burns. One additional unidentified poster is included in a rolled state. These items were produced by major film distributors including DreamWorks Pictures, Universal Pictures, and Columbia Pictures for display in theaters or video retail outlets. The posters are printed on semi-gloss paper stock. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The collection is in used, fair to good condition. All posters displayed flat exhibit pinholes in the four corners from mounting. Visible horizontal and vertical creasing is present across several posters, most notably on The Legend of Bagger Vance, Pulse, and Life or Something Like It. Additional conditions include minor edge wear, slight curling, and general surface scuffing consistent with age and storage in a rolled state.
