Description
This vintage table lamp features a large figural base in the form of a reclining unicorn. The figure is crafted from painted chalkware and features a cream-colored body with a mane and tail finished in shades of pink and purple. Decorative accents include a gold-toned horn, gold-toned hooves, and a single blue painted eye. The lamp is equipped with brass-toned hardware, including a socket and a harp assembly. It is fitted with a white power cord and a two-prong plug. No maker marks or manufacturer labels are present.

Height of unicorn figure: 17 inches. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The item shows visible signs of age and wear. A significant horizontal crack is present on the side of the unicorn figure. There are numerous instances of paint loss and chipping across the surface, revealing the white substrate. Surface scuffs, scratches, and accumulated dust are present throughout, especially in the recessed areas of the mane and tail. A yellow inventory sticker is attached to the rear of the piece. The electrical system is untested and is sold in as-is condition. Professionals recommend rewiring vintage lamps for safety before use.
