Description
This collection consists of seven pairs of women’s boots in various styles, periods, and materials, primarily featuring vintage designs from the 1980s alongside contemporary footwear.
The assortment includes:
One pair of vintage Zodiac red leather mid-calf boots, style 8194, size 6.5 M. The design features a fold-over cuff and dual buckled straps at the ankle. The leather soles are stamped ZODIAC and made in U.S.A. by encore. Original brand box is included.
One pair of vintage Zodiac tan leather cowboy boots, size 6.5 M, featuring decorative top-stitching and tapered heels. The leather soles are stamped ZODIAC and made in U.S.A. by encore.
One pair of vintage Zodiac cognac leather tall pull-on boots, size 6 M, with buckled strap details and top-stitching. The leather soles are stamped ZODIAC and made in U.S.A. by encore.
One pair of Justin traditional Western cowboy boots, style 4403, size 6 B. These are constructed with textured honey-colored leather uppers and leather soles. Interior markings include Justin style and registration numbers. Original Justin brand box is included.
One pair of Clarks Artisan Altoona black leather ankle boots, size 7.5 M. They feature side zippers, decorative buckle straps, and Clarks Active Air rubber soles. Original Clarks Artisan box is included.
One pair of Connie navy crocodile-embossed leather and tan suede tall boots, size 6.5 M. The shafts are decorated with gold-tone studding along the top rim. Interior markings indicate they were made in Brazil. They are accompanied by a generic box and an original purchase receipt from Lady Dawn Shoes Inc. dated August 31, 1981.
One pair of unbranded Italian red leather slouch-style boots, size 7. Features include gold-tone ring and buckle accents and rubber soles. The soles are stamped MADE IN ITALY. Pickup is Friday, July 31, from Noon to 7 pm at our facility in Lancaster, OH. Alternate pickup day is available by appointment for a $5 fee per lot or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. Condition report:
The collection is in mixed condition ranging from poor to excellent. The Connie navy and tan boots are in excellent, nearly unworn condition. The Clarks black ankle boots are in very good condition with minimal wear. The Justin cowboy boots are in good condition with minor surface wear. The Italian red slouch boots show moderate wear and creasing. The vintage Zodiac red strapped boots are worn with significant scuffing to the toes and heels. The Zodiac tan cowboy boots are in fair to poor condition with heavy wear and cracking to the leather soles. The Zodiac cognac tall boots are in poor condition with heavy wear and missing or significantly worn heel caps.
