Description
A collection of novelty buttons featuring various frog motifs. The assortment includes items crafted from molded plastics, glazed ceramics, enameled metals in gold, silver, and bronze tones, glass, and carved semi-precious stones such as aventurine and rock crystal. The styles range from whimsical folk-art figures to realistic and classically styled pieces. The collection includes buttons from the JHB Dancing Happy Frogs 1999 collection. The display board features handwritten annotations identifying materials and themes such as Rock Crystal, Adventurine, Climbing Ladder, and Burma. A signature and date of G. Ott 8/99 are present on the lower right of the board.
Display board: 9 inches high Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
