Description
This collection features several cards of antique and vintage collectible china buttons, organized and labeled by specific style and pattern. The assortment includes stencils with various colorful geometric and floral motifs; birdcage shanks in solid tones with contrasting centers; textured whistles; and buttons with distinct borders such as pie-crust, hobnail border, and gingham designs. The buttons vary in size and color, featuring two-hole, four-hole, and shank-back constructions, some with decorative rimmed edges. Each grouping is mounted on a separate heavy-paper display board with identifying printed labels and occasional handwritten classification notes.
Display boards: 9 x 12 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
