Description
A collection of antique and vintage black glass buttons, primarily composed of molded glass typical of late 19th to early 20th-century mourning-style and general haberdashery. The assortment features a diverse range of forms including faceted, embossed, floral, and geometric patterns, with some examples highlighting metallic or iridescent accents. Technical construction methods noted within the collection include rosette shanks, swirl backs, pin shanks, self-shanks, and sew-thru varieties. Display cards approximately 9 x 12 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
