Description
A collection of vintage and antique buttons presented on four separate cardstock display boards. The assortment includes buttons fashioned from glass, metal, molded plastic, and composite materials in a diverse range of colors and forms. The styles vary from simple geometric shapes to ornate floral, jeweled, and textured designs, including West German glass and diminutive Bavarian-style examples. One board features a densely packed grid of small multi-colored buttons, while another is labeled NOT QUITE DIMI and primarily contains faceted black buttons and decorative metallic examples. Several boards include handwritten organizational notations such as PAINTED and V.I. alongside circular markings for placement. These items are buttons curated for study, repair, or garment restoration.
Display boards: approximately 12 x 9 inches each Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
