Description
This collection consists of an assortment of buttons organized by theme on multiple display cards. These items are buttons featuring various motifs including maritime subjects such as shells, sailing ships, and octopuses; animal figures including sheep, rams, and seahorses; a variety of miniature shoe styles; and mechanical designs modeled after screw heads. A significant portion of the collection includes organizational insignias for the Boy Scouts of America, Cubs BSA, and the American Red Cross, with some examples marked Be Prepared. Materials represented include molded plastic, carved wood, ceramic, glass, and various metals such as brass and silver-tone alloys, with some pieces featuring enamel or painted accents. The items are mounted on perforated cardboard for display. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
