Description
This antique provincial-style miniature wooden chest of drawers is constructed from wood with a dark reddish-brown finish. The piece features four full-width drawers in the main body and a secondary single-drawer superstructure. Each drawer is fitted with small metal ring-pull handles. An adjustable rectangular mirror is held within a gilded frame between two vertical posts topped with turned finials. The construction exhibits a simple, utilitarian design with visible wood grain and joinery.
