Description
A collection of black-and-white prints titled Manner und Waffen des deutschen Heeres 1941 by German war artist Josef Arens (1901-1979). The portfolio contains illustrations depicting various World War II military subjects, including infantry with machine guns, heavy artillery pieces, armored vehicles, and battlefield compositions. Each print is signed in the plate by the artist and bears an individual number. The set is housed in a red textured cloth portfolio with a single gold-tone horizontal line on the front cover. Accompanying the portfolio is a typed descriptive sheet providing historical context and handwritten notes regarding the artist.
Width: 12 inches Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Friday, March 27 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
