Description
This assortment of World War II era United States military memorabilia includes a framed panoramic black and white photograph and various pieces of headgear. The photograph depicts a large group of personnel and bears the inscription 165th General Hospital – Lt. Col. Grove Baldwin – Commanding at Camp Grant, Illinois. The headgear consists of an M1 steel helmet with a textured olive drab shell and a removable liner featuring a webbed suspension system. Also included is an officer’s service cap constructed of olive drab wool with a brown leather visor and chin strap, adorned with a gold-toned metal United States Great Seal eagle emblem. Completing the group are two tan wool garrison caps; the interior of one contains a leather sweatband stamped with the name Nabors, D. A. and service number O297308.

Pick up is Friday, March 27 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
