Description
This collection of American historical documents and records includes a framed 1839 United States land grant, two framed Wisconsin legal indentures, and a large unrolled genealogy chart. The 1839 land grant was issued to Aaron Vance for property in Chillicothe, Ohio, and bears the name of President Martin Van Buren on the signature line. The Wisconsin legal papers comprise an 1857 quitclaim deed from Pierce County and an 1887 land contract from River Falls. The collection also features an extensive family tree for the Willim family, compiled by Bernice Willim in July 1963, consisting of joined sheets with detailed handwritten and typed genealogical data. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Friday, March 27 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
