A diverse collection of decorative arts and household collectibles. The glassware features two clear cut-glass pitchers, each intricately decorated with pinwheel and starburst motifs in the American Brilliant Period style. Ceramic offerings include a terracotta-bodied teapot with black sprigged neo-classical foliate decoration, a footed ceramic bowl with hand-painted chestnut motifs and ornate scrolled feet, and a porcelain cabinet plate featuring a portrait of Napoleon Bonaparte within a teal and gilt-stenciled border. The framed art includes a landscape etching titled Country Road signed by John Ruffing, a reproduction of Leonardo da Vinci’s The Last Supper, a print of Renoir’s A Girl with a Watering Can, a portrait of children by Louisa Lyons Heustis, and a Currier and Ives style lithograph. Additional items comprise a rustic wooden bread box with stenciled lettering, a woven picnic basket with a set of floral-patterned square ceramic dishes, a collection of molded black bear lodge-style figurines, a brass candle snuffer, and a boxed vintage Ateco cake ornamenter. Framed prints range from 10 to 24 inches in width; pitchers approximately 9 inches in height. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Friday, March 27 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
