Description
This lot features a collection of four vintage baseball cards from the 1968 Topps Game insert set. These cards were originally issued as inserts within standard 1968 Topps baseball packs and were designed for use in a tabletop baseball game. The lot includes No. 1 Matty Alou (Pittsburgh Pirates), No. 3 Carl Yastrzemski (Boston Red Sox – Hall of Fame), No. 5 Harmon Killebrew (Minnesota Twins – Hall of Fame), and No. 6 Roberto Clemente (Pittsburgh Pirates – Hall of Fame). Each card features a color player photograph with a facsimile signature on the front and a blue and white baseball diamond motif on the reverse with the T.C.G. manufacture mark. All cards are raw and ungraded, presented in individual protective top loaders.
