Description
This collection of assorted antique and vintage buttons is professionally organized and mounted on a tan-colored display board. The assortment includes various materials and styles, featuring pairs and individual examples. Notable pieces include large yellow-plated metal leopard-motif buttons with red cabochons, pierced Burwood buttons depicting a bird within a wreath, and realistic enameled silver flower buttons. Other examples include black glass in linear shapes, metalized plastic screw-head designs, horn with brass elements, and glass-in-metal with all-over patterns. One set of white metal buttons is identified by a label as being from manufacturer C&J Weldon, London, intended for sporting use. The collection also features amber-colored contoured glass and steel cup buttons with wood centers. The items are secured to a mounting card with typed identification labels and some handwritten temporary tags.
Height: approximately 9 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
