Description
A collection of antique and Victorian era buttons presented on two thematic display boards. The assortment includes various materials such as steel, pewter, brass, enamel, and glass, utilizing decorative techniques including filigree, cut-steel styling, relief carving, and hand-chasing. One display board is specifically labeled Medium Steel Cups and features buttons with intricate metalwork. The second board contains examples categorized as Pewter OME, Enamel OME, Black Glass OME, and various pictorial designs. The lot is accompanied by a First Prize blue ribbon and an entry card from the 2008 Buckeye State Button Society competition, where it was entered in the Steel Assorted category.

Display boards: 9 x 12 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
