Description
These items are buttons presented on a display board. This collection of 20th-century buttons is composed of mixed polymers, including cellulose acetate and acrylic, as indicated by the printed label and handwritten annotations. The assortment includes a variety of shapes such as circular, square, rectangular, and novelty forms including a panda head and a lighthouse. Decorative patterns range from geometric checkerboards, stripes, and polka dots to abstract swirls and a yin-yang symbol. The items are mounted on a neutral-toned display card with descriptive notations, suited for specialist collectors. Some pieces are specifically noted as having been tested and determined not to be cellulose.
Display board height: 8.5 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
