Description
A collection of antique and vintage buttons primarily composed of relief-cast pewter, presented on a green display card. The assortment includes a diverse range of designs such as floral motifs, geometric patterns, celestial symbols including stars and crescent moons, a Viking-style longship, and figurative animal subjects. Finishing techniques and materials include enameling, gilding, and the integration of mixed-media accents such as mother-of-pearl and faceted glass. A white adhesive label in the lower-left corner identifies the primary material as pewter.
