Description
A collection of assorted vintage and modern decorative buttons presented on a display card. The group includes various designs such as filigree, embossed, and openwork styles, many reflecting Victorian and Art Nouveau influences. Materials include old base metals, aluminum, and enamel. Decorative techniques observed include hand-painting, the use of faux gemstones, and mosaic-style patterns. Motifs range from floral and geometric to figural elements.
