Description
A collection of vintage decorative glass buttons professionally mounted on a pink patterned display board for exhibition. The assortment features various geometric and organic shapes including circular, hexagonal, square, triangular, and multi-lobed forms. The glass specimens utilize various manufacturing techniques such as clear, frosted, and colored glass, with many pieces featuring gold and silver lusters, back-painting, and filigree details. Decorative motifs include fleurs-de-lis, Greek keys, paisley, and stylized floral patterns. Each button is individually labeled with descriptive text and classification codes corresponding to competition standards. The lot includes a green third-prize award ribbon and a judging sheet from the Buckeye State Button Society.
Display board: 11 x 9 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
