Description
A collection of antique and vintage buttons featuring various celestial and star motifs, presented on a cream-colored perforated collector card. The assortment includes buttons crafted from diverse materials such as iridescent mother-of-pearl, embossed metals including copper and brass, faceted black glass, and novelty rubber. Construction styles range from simple embossed discs to complex multi-layered pieces with enamel, rhinestone accents, and intricate openwork. The card features handwritten cataloging notations categorizing the buttons by star point count, ranging from four to ten points, and specifies materials such as tombac and stellar variant borders.
Measurements: 9 x 11 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
