Description
This collection of antique and vintage buttons features an assortment of pictorial and figural designs primarily executed in brass. The group includes various motifs such as animals, classical figures, a nautical anchor, floral patterns, and a miniature die. Construction materials represented include brass, mother-of-pearl, enamel, and steel. Several buttons exhibit specialized techniques including pierced borders, multi-layering, and mechanical elements. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
