Description
This collection consists of an assortment of antique and vintage buttons mounted on two display cards. The items include examples identified as Division One assorted inlay horn buttons. The collection features a diverse range of materials including horn, onyx, mother-of-pearl, abalone, and celluloid. Decorative techniques include floral and avian inlays, pique work, geometric stripes, and engraved silver-toned details. The buttons are fashioned in various shapes such as round, oval, rectangular, and geometric forms. Handwritten notations on the mounting cards provide further material identification, including tortoise over horn, onyx with shell, and horn with celluloid and silver.
Each card approximately 12 x 9 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. We will charge a $5 fee if you want to pick this lot up another day. Once packed up we will send you an invoice for shipping & handling. Shipping questions: [email protected].
