Description
A Russian Berdan II single-shot bolt-action rifle chambered in .42 Russian Berdan. The firearm features a 33-inch round steel barrel and a full-length wooden stock. The top of the barrel displays Cyrillic markings identifying the Izhevsk Arms Plant and a manufacturing number. The receiver and bolt handle are stamped with matching serial number 59572. The rifle is fitted with a graduated rear ladder sight, a front blade sight, and two barrel bands with a cleaning rod located beneath the barrel. A circular imperial arsenal stamp is present on the right side of the buttstock. Barrel length: 33 inches. This item is either black powder or manufactured in or before 1898 (and does not take readily available ammunition), and thus does not require an FFL or background check. We can hand out to you at pickup or ship to the address of your choice. In-house shipping available.
