Description
Pre WWI – World War One identified United States Navy USN Model 1852 foot officer’s sword. Beautifully etched blade with Navy fouled anchor and chains, flags and floral motif. Etched identification “Robert A. White”. Ricasso manufacturer etched “Horstmann Philadelphia”. Overall length is 36″ with a 30.5″ blade. Leather scabbard intact with some wear. The pommel cap features an eagle encircled by 13 stars. 1/8″ gap between the washer and scabbard throat. Original sword knot. Overall excellent condition. Pick up is Sunday, March 29 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
