Description
This eight-volume set titled The Union Army: A History of Military Affairs in the Loyal States 1861-65 was published in 1908 by the Federal Publishing Company in Madison, Wisconsin. The collection includes volumes I through VIII, covering subjects such as states and regiments, a cyclopedia of battles, the navy, and biographical records. Each volume is bound in maroon leather with gilt-stamped titles, decorative banding, and a small flag motif on the spines. The set features marbled top and side page edges. Pick up is Sunday, March 29 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
