Civil War 1/9 plate tintype photograph depicting a seated Union soldier. with what appears to be a M1849 Colt pocket pistol tucked into his belt. He is wearing a four button sack coat and forage cap. His cheeks are tinted red. The image is housed in a full leatherette case that is separated at the spine. Pick up is Sunday, March 29 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
