This collection consists of a vintage glass soda bottle and milk jug lot, featuring various commercial containers and advertising ephemera dating from the late 19th to mid-20th century. The group includes embossed glass milk bottles from regional dairies such as Cranford Dairy, Winter Bros. West Pike Dairy, and Wood-Brook Farms. Multiple Horlick’s Malted Milk jars are present in clear and aqua glass, alongside aqua Mason jars by Ball and Atlas. Beverage containers include beer and soda bottles from Franklin Brewing Co., Rolling Rock, and regional bottling works in Athens and Nelsonville, Ohio. The lot is further comprised of promotional ashtrays for King Arthur’s Pub, Sage’s East, and Chateau Louise. Apothecary items include a Mentholatum milk glass jar with a lithographed metal lid, a Watkins Menthol Camphor Ointment tin, and an Omega Oil bottle with its original paper label. Tallest bottle measures approximately 9.5 inches in height. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Feb. 28 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
