Description
This collection features a variety of mid-to-late 20th-century decorative items and porcelain figurines. Notable pieces include M.I. Hummel figurines by Goebel such as Weary Wanderer and Eventide, alongside a Goebel music box base marked Illinois Railway Museum Union featuring a porcelain figure in a blue uniform. The lot contains Southwest-style ceramics including two hanging vessels signed Kachina Navajo and a matching decorative bell with traditional geometric motifs. Fine porcelain items include a Lenox Blue Temora butterfly and flower study dated 1989, a Lenox lidded trinket box, a porcelain angel marked Bavaria, and a study of two owls on a branch. Additional items consist of a turquoise-glazed footed square planter, an etched decorative egg on a stand, and a rustic pottery bell with a heavy rope handle. Visible maker marks include Goebel W. Germany, Lenox, Bavaria, and Navajo. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Feb. 28 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
