Description
A collection of mid-20th-century die-cast metal and plastic toy vehicles and accessories from various manufacturers including Tonka, International, Hubley, and Lee Toys. The assembly features a Tonka yellow mobile crane truck with a black lattice boom and metal hook, a Tonka green pickup truck with a chrome-finished engine blower, and a Tonka Thunder Hubs hot rod in orange and green with a white plastic convertible top. Farm equipment includes a red International-branded tractor with cream-colored wheels, a red Lee Toys tractor, and a Hubley green stake-side trailer. The trailer is marked Hubley, Lancaster, PA, Made in U.S.A. on the underside. Also included are two die-cast cap guns featuring decorative scrollwork and TEXAS embossed on the grips. Construction materials consist of pressed steel, die-cast zinc alloy, and molded plastic components. Several pieces retain original manufacturer decals and stamps. The crane truck measures approximately 9 inches in height. The overall group as displayed measures approximately 17 inches in length. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Feb. 28 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
