A Rolatape Measuring Systems Model 400 measuring wheel featuring a red tubular metal frame and a spoked metal wheel with a solid black tire. The unit is designed for distance tracking in feet and includes a long handle with a black textured grip. A mechanical five-digit counter is mounted near the wheel hub and features a manual reset knob; the counter currently displays 00041.
