Description
A mid-20th-century Berco Special manual wind wristwatch that runs, featuring a circular chrome-plated base metal case and a patinated cream-colored dial. The dial displays luminous Arabic numerals, a peripheral seconds track, and is marked with Berco Special, Jeweled, Shockresistant, Antimagnetic, and Swiss Made. It is fitted with syringe-style hands and a thin red sweep seconds hand. The case back is stamped with Fonte Injectee, Fond Metal, and technical specifications including Swiss Made, Shockresistant, and Antimagnetic. The watch is mounted on a heavily worn and frayed brown leather strap with a simple pin buckle. Case diameter: approximately 33mm Total length: approximately 9 inches . Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Feb. 28 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
