Description
A collection of loose Soviet-era 7.62x54mmR rimmed rifle cartridges. The ammunition features copper-washed steel cases with red sealant applied to the case mouths and primer pockets. The silver-painted tips on the projectiles indicate light ball rounds with a steel core. Headstamps on a representative sample display the factory code 188, indicating production at the Novosibirsk Low Voltage Equipment Plant, and the year 79 for 1979. The ammunition is stored in two tan MTM Case-Gard plastic ammunition cans and one cardboard box. Ammunition cans: 11.5 inches length, 5.25 inches width Cardboard box: 15 inches width . Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Feb. 28 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
