Description
This offering includes a collection of vintage nautical signal lanterns, traditionally employed for marine navigation. The lanterns are constructed from durable materials such as brass, bronze, and galvanized steel, showcasing an authentic aged patina. Each piece features a distinct, thick ribbed glass lens. One lantern presents a black or very dark lens, typically used for a portside light or specific signaling. Another is crafted from brass or bronze with a bright red lens, commonly associated with starboard, stern navigation, or warning signals. The third lantern also incorporates a ribbed lens in a deep red or amber color. All are designed with a practical carry handle located on the top. See photos for item dimensions. Pickup is Friday, Sept. 19, from from Noon to 4 pm at the home in Springfield, OH 45504 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
