Description
A pair of United States military field trousers, identified by design characteristics as the M-1951 pattern. The garment is constructed from heavyweight olive drab cotton sateen. The design features a six-pocket configuration: two front slash pockets, two rear flap-covered pockets with button closures, and two large bellows-style cargo pockets located on the outer thighs. Integrated canvas leg ties emerge from the cargo pockets, intended to secure contents to the leg. The waistband includes adjustable side tabs with brown four-hole plastic buttons and interior buttons for M-1950 or M-1951 suspender attachment. A small welted watch pocket is situated below the waistband on the right side. The trousers feature a button fly with brown four-hole plastic buttons. The cargo pocket flaps are secured with dark-finished metal snaps. No manufacturer labels, size stamps, or contract numbers are visible on the interior waistband or pocket bags. We do our best to describe all items in the sale, and we definitely take a ton of photos. But, we are not able to guarantee authenticity or era of items in the sale.
