It is powered by a Kubota D902-ES three-cylinder diesel engine with a displacement of 0.898L and a rated engine output of 18.5 kW (~24.8 HP). The engine carries serial number 5F1664. The tractor features a four-wheel-drive system and a hydrostatic transmission. It is an open-station chassis equipped with a folding roll-over protective structure (ROPS). The unit includes a mid-mount Kubota model RCK54-22BX 54-inch rotary mower deck, which carries serial number 27803. Maintenance documentation provided indicates this mower deck was a replacement unit purchased in May 2022. Additional equipment includes a rear Category 1 three-point hitch, a rear ball hitch, and a front weight bracket. The lot is accompanied by original operator’s manuals for both the tractor and the mower deck, as well as purchase records for the deck and tractor. The hour meter reading was recorded as 409.6 at the time of inspection. Starts, runs, drives, mows. We ran through the functions and everything seemed good.
