This collection consists of 1976 Isaly’s Sweet Williams regional issue baseball trading discs, specifically the variant produced for Buckmans in Rochester, New York. Each circular paperboard disc features a portrait of a Major League Baseball player set against a baseball-themed background. The featured athletes include Steve Rogers of the Montreal Expos, Andy Thornton of the Chicago Cubs, John Mayberry of the Kansas City Royals, Randy Jones of the San Diego Padres, and Jerry Morales of the Chicago Cubs. The discs include biographical information for each player and are marked with the copyright for the Major League Baseball Players Association dated 1976. The reverse side of each item identifies the promotional source as Buckmans. Each disc is individually encapsulated in a Professional Sports Authenticator (PSA) grading slab.
