Description
Two vintage mid-century plastic Santa Claus figurines, including a blow-molded example by Empire Plastic Corp. The larger figure is marked on the reverse Empire Plastic Corp. 1968 and depicts Santa Claus holding a black toy sack. This piece features a pre-cut circular opening on the back for the insertion of a light kit. The smaller figurine is composed of molded red plastic and features an embossed circular mark on the reverse stating CUT TO OPEN, identifying it as a vintage bank or container. Both pieces exhibit traditional seasonal polychrome decoration.
Larger figure: 14 inches
Smaller figure: 8 inches Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Friday, March 27 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
