Description
A collection of four hand-quilted scrap quilts featuring traditional patterns and various mid-20th-century cotton fabrics. The group includes a diamond star pattern quilt on a white ground; a monkey wrench variation on a yellow calico ground with red and plaid borders; a bow-tie scrap pattern quilt; and a blue and white shoofly variation with a pink border. The quilts are constructed from a variety of period-appropriate calico, plaid, and solid cotton scraps, showcasing traditional hand-stitching and assembly. No maker marks or signatures are visible. Dimensions: Diamond Star 72 x 84 inches; Monkey Wrench 68 x 75 inches; Bow-tie 70 x 74 inches; Shoofly 70 x 74 inches. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Friday, March 27 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
