Civil War 1/6th plate ruby ambrotype of a seated Union cavalryman holding a M1840 cavalry saber across his lap. His plumed Hardee hat is on the table next to him and has crossed sabers insignia with a company letter “F”. Excellent clarity and contrast with no flaking. Pick up is Sunday, March 29 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
