Description
An assortment of buttons including utilitarian, decorative, and novelty designs. The collection features metal work-clothes buttons with embossed branding such as Buck Eye, Strong Hold, and Rex Overall. Also included is a group of early rubber buttons and a selection of ornate rhinestone, paste, and faux pearl examples. The lot contains a vintage cardboard sample card displaying numerous molded black buttons with handwritten inventory codes, along with retail packaging from JHB International and other period ephemera. Materials represented include brass, steel, rubber, early plastics, shell, and glass.
Measurements: Trays approximately 18 inches in length. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item. We will charge a $5 fee if you want to pick this lot up another day. Once packed up we will send you an invoice for shipping & handling. Shipping questions: [email protected].
