Description
A collection of feline-themed buttons in various styles and materials. The assortment includes pieces fashioned from pewter, enameled metal, ceramic, and composite materials, with some featuring faux pearl and shell accents. Notable examples include a circular brass-toned button with a central cat head framed by faux pearls and green cabochons, a small silver-toned medal inscribed MY FRIEND, and an oval relief button depicting multiple white kittens. One circular button features a transfer-printed scene of cats with a fishbowl. The mounting board includes handwritten notations identifying specific items as PEWTER and BATTERSEA. The buttons exhibit a range of decorative techniques including relief casting, enameling, and inlay.
Mounting board: 9 inches (height) Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
