Description
A collection of contemporary buttons featuring various feline motifs. The group includes buttons constructed from glazed ceramic, base metals with various finishes, carved bone, wood, and gourd. The buttons exhibit diverse styles including stylized, whimsical, and realistic molded and painted depictions. One button is specifically noted as GOURD – PERU and two are noted as BONE. Included in the lot is a hand-embroidered counted cross-stitch button by Judye Stewart for StitchArt Buttons, titled White Cat, numbered 2 of 12, and dated August 2001. This button is mounted on its original card.
Display card: 8.5 x 11 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
