Description
This collection of vintage and modern glass buttons is presented on two labeled display boards. The buttons are constructed from glass in various shades ranging from pale mint to deep forest green. Decorative techniques include relief carving, metallic lusters, embedded foils, and hand-painted details. Shapes include circular, leaf-like, floral, and geometric forms, with some items featuring figurative motifs such as swans and insects. The display boards bear the printed labels GREEN MODERN GLASS and (TRANS.) GREEN DIV III GLASS, along with handwritten notations including OPAQUE and Mary Stark. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
