Description
This collection of buttons features a diverse assortment of fasteners presented on four display boards. The items are organized into categories including screen back and front embellished, older metal wire loop shank, and various geometric shapes. The buttons are primarily constructed from brass and silver-tone metals with various patinas. Decorative techniques include relief casting, filigree, and engraving, with motifs ranging from floral and foliate patterns to geometric and pictorial designs. The display boards measure approximately 9 by 12 inches. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
