Description
An assortment of antique and vintage metal buttons is systematically organized on three categorized display boards along with a group of loose pieces. The first board, labeled Conventional Design Metal Age, features vintage and antique-style buttons in assorted metal tones decorated with heraldic, floral, and geometric motifs. The central board, titled Metal: Modern Conventional and newer buttons, displays contemporary buttons in silver and gold tones with modern abstract and textured patterns. The third board, marked Metal Cricket Cage, contains several openwork filigree buttons primarily in brass or bronze-toned metal and shaped as spheres, teardrops, and triangles. The collection includes various construction types such as shanks and sew-through designs. A group of loose filigree buttons, some featuring temporary colored ties, is also included.
Width of display boards: 18 inches Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
