Description
An assortment of buttons featuring Art Nouveau designs alongside items of mixed and unknown age. These items are buttons crafted from diverse materials including stamped and cast metals with various patinas, enameled accents, and glass. Decorative motifs include intricate organic forms, flowing floral patterns, stylized figural representations such as a female profile, and openwork filigree. One specimen is identified as black glass with a gunmetal luster. The collection includes various forms ranging from solid discs to delicate openwork.
Measurements: Individual buttons range from approximately 0.25 inches to 1.5 inches in diameter. Pick up is Friday, March 13 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
